regulations. New OSHA Right-to-Know laws were passed and expanded to include smaller service businesses.

TechneTrain, Inc. TENCON, Inc. developed a do-it-yourself training and self-audit program to meet this need. In 1989, the training area was split off into a separate entity, which is TechneTrain, Inc. TENCON, Inc.'s passion for environmental consulting propelled it to the forefont of its industry.

TENCON, Inc. has had strong growth pattern from its inception in 1980 to present. The abilities to respond to a changing legal climate, and to provide a relatively lean organization with few staff functions permits us to provide timely, cost effective services, thereby increasing our customer base.
